I will start by saying we reached out to Sally late in the evening about 8 or 9pm looking to fill out a pre approval loan application — to my surprise I got a response within minutes! Working with Sally and her team made the entire loan process extremely simple and enjoyable. She will go out of her way to send you videos she puts together for your loan documents, breaking down what every section means, which for me was extremely helpful because seeing a lot of different numbers can get very confusing and overwhelming, but after watching her video breaking everything down it gave me high confidence in what I was signing. She will always make time to ensure you have the same confidence and smooth experience I had from beginning all the way until your closing date. I was getting weekly updates on everything that was going on behind the scenes of our loan, including what was left, what was in the process of happening, and what was already completed.
